An open line question -- do you "Think Dirt" when you are farming an  area?

It is the easiest way to locate "Infill" development sites. Do not look at a large parcel of land with a building (or SFR) on it as an  improved property sale but "Think Dirt", as if the building and  improvements were not there and then call me and we will "Make a Deal"  to an infill builder.
